Making Amazing Nan Khatai

Hurrah! I was able to achieve this.
I was longing to eat these delicate desserts for days. Finally, I received some help from my parents to actually make it.

The recipe is very simple. I took about 3/4 cup all-purpose flour and 1/4 cup of besan flour. mixed it with a bit of sooji and added salt, baking powder, and powdered sugar. These were mixed with butter and arranged on the trays.

My dad baked them for 10 minutes at 365 F and voila!

I had some of my cookies colored with rainbow sprinkles. These are delicious!
